Is the bootloader unlocked?

how can I ensure that? I have adb and miracle thunder
the device OEM is unlocked and the USB debugging mode on
when I use adb reboot bootloader the device restarts normally

can you reboot to recovery mode? you should see an option to reboot to bootloader. see if that works
