Hello hovatek, hope you guys are doing well? Please I have an infinix 11 play and it has very poor network on 4g. The area where I am has a strong signal so it's not based on area.
I have changed the charging board but still same. What are possible causes for poor signal?

Try switching network mode to 3g and see if the reception is better

Still the same.. It's just weak both in 3 and 4g

There might be an internal hardware issue that wasn't resolved by changing the charging board. It could be worth getting another professional help

Was it this way when you bought it or started suddenly? If it started suddenly, do you recall what you last did on the phone before this began?

Have you tried doing a full dump of the device then flashing nvram backup from a working phone?
