You can try wiping user data and frp partitions in brom mode using MTK Client.

Backup firmware using MTK Client @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-40865.html
then use the commands below to erase userdata and frp partitions
Code:

python mtk.py e userdata
python mtk.py e frp
