I know how hard it is to unlock the bootloader of Unisoc T606 but I was wondering if there was a way to root it without unlocking the bootloader. I have the pac file firmware of my Oukitel WP28s but I don't know how to extract the boot.img, patch with Magisk and flash. Can anyone give me the right tutorial it's possible? Thanks.

There are currently no ways to root without unlocking the bootloader.

If the manufacturer signed the partitions using the generic key or you have the key they used then it's possible to root without unlocking the bootloader although I doubt that is the case. It's much safer to just strive to unlock your bootloader then root unless your use-case requires a locked bootloader.
