Essalamou alikom

I have a strange issue in my itelA50 (Android14).
The applications notifications are not shown in lock screen even i activate this in Notifications Control of application.

The option "Show notification content on lock screen " is enabled but the notification is not shown.
How can i resolve this .

Go to Settings > Notifications
Ensure "Show on lock screen" is enabled

Please, try the following:

1. Temporarily disable Battery Saver to see if it's interfering with the app/functionality?
2. Review your Do Not Disturb settings to ensure they're not causing any conflicts?
3. Check for any background restrictions that might be limiting the app's performance?
4. Reset app preferences to their default settings, just in case something got misconfigured?
