It's not available yet, is there anything wrong with your phone?
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer about the firmware?

Yeah I accidentally put my phone into a bootloop by disabling the package installer. However an mdm on the phone prevents factory reset via the stock recovery. I have another phone of the exact same model and if I could readback the boot.img, I could patch it with magisk and root my working phone and then dump the firmware with adb and flash my phone that's in a bootloop using fastboot. Or if I could readback either boot.img or recovery.img I could build TWRP recovery for my device, flash it with fastboot, and use it to fix my phone with bootloop. So my question is there a way to readback firmware of qualcomm phone without root or a custom recovery? Thanks!

Are both phones' bootloaders unlocked?

Yes. It should be possible to backup the firmware without unlocking the bootloader.
It runs on Qualcomm SM6115 right?

The bootloaders are both locked. It uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 662. Is that what you were asking?

You can try Qfil backup @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31475.html
You'll need a Firehose Programmer file for your device.

Try this @ [ Login to download]

That firehose loader doesn't work. Is there a way to find out which one I need? Like maybe an app I could install to tell me?

AT Android 11. I don't expect generic loaders to work except that from the factory firmware
Try https://github.com/bkerler/edl
