(19-09-2024, 04:30 PM)domna254 Actually I don't have build number as my phone was in bootloop and now soft bricked (shows charging screen and connects to computer in sp flash tool but no tecno logo now). Is it possible to get the build number when the phone is in this state? The firmware I used was [Hovatek] Tecno WX4 Pro (WX4Pro-H3712A-N-180302V99). I also tried custom DA files for this chipset: MT6737M from the webiste: https://bypassfrpfiles.com/2021/12/media...t-da-file/ in sp flash tool but it give the same 4008 error on download only option and 4010 error on firmware upgrade option.(Screenshots attached)
