[Please help] SN writer Load AP Database fail

I have a CUBOT X70. On my display is a red text which chinese characters and "google key", translated to "google key not written". From CUBOT support, I got the message "The Google key is lost, you need to rewrite it. Please folow the steps in the link to rewrite it.", and a link to to mega.nz which contains the followig files:

File "APDB_MT6789___W2248"

My mobile phone is a CUBOT X70 with firmware CUBOT_X70_D061C_V30_20240815
SN WITER gives the error message
Load AP Database fail. [NVRAM] MAUI and DB is INCONSISTENT
What is wrong?
