Hallo.
After I disabled GooglePlay and Google services, the smartphone spontaneously rebooted into a custom recovery, and with all attempts to boot into the system or into fastboot using buttons and menu items, TWRP boots only into this TWRP. Reflashing using the SPD Research Tool also fails.

Because u did not flash back stock boot into boot and install twrpas ramdisk

You can extract the pac file using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-6236.html then flash back the stock boot.img and recovery.img using TWRP

But I couldn't flash the phone by holding "Vol-" and connecting it to a PC with Research Download, as I did before. I guess I had to either remove the battery or leave it for a week until it was completely discharged. But it was hard to open the case. Anyway, I gave the phone to a service center, where they say they fixed it.
