Steps to set up and connect your Huawei device to HiSuite


  1. Download and Install HiSuite.
  2. Launch HiSuite

  3. Connect your smartphone to the PC using a USB cable.
  4. You’ll see a Prompt on your phone to “Allow connection via HDB”, click OK

  5. HiSuite app will be installed on your phone

  6. Once installed and opened, allow all permissions requested.

  7. Enter the 8-digit connection code from the HiSuite app on your phone into the HiSuite app on your PC.

  8. You should see a 'Connected' message on your smartphone

  9. Your phone should now be fully connected and displayed on the HiSuite Desktop app

  • Keep your phone unlocked with the screen on during the initial connection process.
