I have 8802 android car multimedia. It worked good for about a year. And suddenly this happens:

I try to reset but nothing work, it just not want to overcome this. It just stuck in this image.
I found this tutorial: LINK

And i put pc in car and try, but simply nothing happens.
You are my last hope, what i can do?

You first need to do a full backup of the firmware in its bricked state. Follow https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-46323.html

Thank you for your willing to help. Looks like i need more assistance.
I first need to install mtk driver.
I install: Auto Mediatek USB VCOM Drivers Signed (all MT**** devices), but on device manager is the same.
So i disable driver signature enforcement and install: [b]Mediatek USB VCOM Drivers (all MT**** devices). [/b]But on device manager is still not shown.
What i need to do different? Am i forget something? Is problem i use Windows 10?

You power off the tab then connect to PC and observe what shows up under Ports in device manager.
Besides, your drivers should be OK so far you've installed the drivers and instructed
