The steps i took
• adb reboot bootloader
• fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta vbmeta.img
• fastboot flash boot twrp.img
• fastboot reboot recovery
Then after that touch don't work and when i reboot it to system brings me right back to twrp.
Otg sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't idk if it's my cable or just in twrp

For the touch, check the FAQs section on fixing touch issues. You'll likely have to upload a patch.zip
For rebooting into TWRP, this is expected to happen since you flashed the TWRP (fastboot flash boot boot.img) instead of booting it (fastboot boot boot.img).
For models that don't support booting, you'll have to flash back stock boot then flash TWRP ramdisk (both in TWRP)

Just flash back stock boot, nothing else. Then confirm you can boot to home screen
