How are you flashing the TWRP? fastboot flash boot boot.img or fastboot boot boot.img? Which?

here is the application number for the twrp assembly

1. When building twrp, the twrpfastboot=1 kernel parameter is set
this causes the phone to always boot into recovery mode - it is impossible to load the OS. I suggest deleting this parameter or setting it to 0

2. In the twrp collected on request, the permission is set to
video=HDMI-A-1:1280x800@60
actually on the phone 2400 x 1080@60
when twrp starts, the phone has a black screen, there is no image at all.
option
DEVICE_RESOLUTION=2400 x 1080 does not work, the resolution is not set

BTW, you should be using fastboot boot not fastboot flash

The vendor_boot is blank so that explains the error. Stick to boot.img only as you've been doing.
Try doing

Code:

fastboot boot boot.img

and give feedback
