What to do if my phone (Google Pixel 6) has lost its system, and I try to flash it with the new one, but. I can't unlock OEM because my phone can't work without a system, that's why I can't go into the settings. What should I do?
I can't factory reset (that's what I tried to do before the problem appeared), I tried "flash.android.com", "pixel.repair.com" sites, they won't work because one needs OEM unlocking, the second one can't wipe all data because my phone is missing 2fs system, In concrete words: "system/bin/tune2fs is missing".

Can you boot into recovery?

Enabling OEM unlock is out of the question in such a case
