Hello.

Oukitel WP15, MT6833.

I tried to revert stock firmware after rooting but the process was always failing due to faulty USB-cable as it turned out.
During attemps I thought that the partition table was currepted so I formated flash.
After success in flashing stock firmware I've lost both IMEIs - they've became both the same kinda "default". Restoring them using guides fixed only mobile internet access, but no calls or SMS are available.

Is there anyway to restore it? For example using some stock NVRAM/NVDATA/NVCFG partitions from similar phone and changing IMEIs afterwards?

Confirm:
1. If both IMEIs are now restored
2. The error you get when you try making a call

I did, indeed, successfully flashed IMEIs using mentioned guides - simply forgot to mention that. The rest are the same - no calls, no SMS.

I've used ModemMETA and/or SN WRriter. Yet phone can't call or send/receive SMS.

Check your network settings. Ensure its not set to 4G / 5G only

It is not - there no 5G and 2G from my cellular provider. And It should work even if 4G-only selected. My provider gives me 3G and 4G connectivity, yet both works only on other phones (with 3G/4G-only settings).
But I found out that making WP15 to work only in 3G and rebooting it makes it work witl callings and SMS, but that's not a fix for - setting it to autoselect band switches it to 4G and calls&sms stops work again.

P.S.
Also tried to ractory reset phone after writing IMEIs.

As I suspected, it needs 3G for calls / SMS since your SIM doesn't support those in 4G so it needs to switch between 3G (call & sms) and 4G (internet) when needed. Setting to 4G only would cause a problem so try WCDMA / LTE auto if you have such a setting.

(03-08-2024, 10:30 AM)maxpayne since your SIM doesn't support those in 4G

How did you came to this?
My SIM supports them - it worked berofe situation described in post #1. And it works on another phone. There's no 2G and 5G, not restricted 3/4G.
Setting band to auto select returns phone to state described in posts #1, #4, #5, #7.

What I've described is your current situation. Maybe an NVRAM backup from another WP15 would fix this.
Does your phone have a dual 4G setting anywhere?
