Device Specifications:
Device Model: iT-KSA0012
RAM: 4 GB
IMEI: 351657110063312
Android Version: 9
Build number: iT-KSA0012_DG_V1.0,2021-11-02_01:54

I got the firmware [IT-KSA0012_SC9863A_20200911] and successfully unlocked the bootloader using this guide.

Then I started to root my device using this guide.

Running
Code:

python avbtool.py info_image --image vbmeta-sign.img
gave the exact same output as in the guide and so I used the keys provided in the guide to successfully sign the vbmeta image and flash it.
Code:

E:\Downloads\iTab>fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta_custom.img
Warning: skip copying vbmeta image avb footer (vbmeta partition size: 0, vbmeta image size: 1048576).
Sending 'vbmeta' (1024 KB)                         OKAY [  0.081s]
Writing 'vbmeta'                                   OKAY [  0.362s]
Finished. Total time: 0.464s

Also I signed the Magisk Patched Recovery as directed and flashed it.
Code:

E:\Downloads\iTab>fastboot flash recovery magisk_patched_recovery_signed.img
Warning: skip copying recovery image avb footer (recovery partition size: 0, recovery image size: 41943040).
Sending 'recovery' (40960 KB)                      OKAY [  5.545s]
Writing 'recovery'                                 OKAY [  1.584s]
Finished. Total time: 7.191s

Following Step-6, I switched off my device from fastboot (using research download).

So, I finally got root!
How?
I turned on the phone normally, and in cmd I kept running adb reboot bootloader.
On the first second the phone turned on, it rebooted to bootloader.
And voila! The phone rebooted normally (as predicted) and I have root!
