Itel vision 1 disconnect from pc when flashing

When I trying to flash(firmware) my itel vision 1 ,,,, somehow it disconnected(after 2 min when flashing started) from my pc.and now the phone is neither detecting to my pc nor turning on,,,what should i do now?

Note: Sorry for my poor English

Try changing the USB port and try again. Also ensure you use a good USB cord

Hold Power + volume decrease buttons for 1 minute then retry
