Hello, in my previous post i managed to fix my phone by installing the original firmware that i downloaded from Rescue and Smart Assistant Motorola. Now the problem is it wont read my sim card, when i check the IMEI both of them are all 0s. I tried to swap my IMEI (i saved it from before installing the new firmware) from the tutorials using few types and the furthest i was able to go was using Modem META. When i try to load the DB like it says in the tutorial it says NVRAM error or that the file is too new and it only accepts 2020/07, truth be told im not exactly sure what kind of file i need. I tried googling around and cant seem to find it. xt2229-2.

I can provide any info that is needed, i would really appreciate some help because at this point im just lost.

How did you lose IMEI in the first place?

I lost the IMEI by doing Rescue with the Motorola Resue and Smart Assistant app. It asked me to input IMEI to find the model of phone i have to Rescue it, which i did since they 2 IMEI numbers are on the box of the phone.

It had probably been cross-flashed. Do you by chance have a screenshot of the build number before you flashed it?
You would need a paid tool because this model would require to patch CERT for IMEI writes

Cross-flash is flashing with the firmware of a carrier or variant different from the original one usually to unlock certain features. About repairing the IMEI, look up Sigma and Pando box
