I have tried many ways to unlock the bootloader however I failed ultimately.

First try: I have tried using ADB method. ( https://www.getdroidtips.com/unlock-boot...ix-relock/ )
Second try: Using bootloader identifier token ( https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32287.html )

I keep getting:

FAILED (remote: 'unknown cmd.')

Note: I have enabled OEM unlocking and USB debugging.

My device runs Android Go edition.

I have heard of getting private key from the manufacturer but didn't find the website where I could get.

Your model uses custom keys. Your most feasible option is
CVE-2022-38694_unlock_bootloader
