Diag mode failing on Motorola One Power

I downloaded CrDroid v10.4 Release 2024-05-09 & flashed it via phone Local update on the SdCard and ended up into bootloop. I used qboot script in Blankflash to revive it successfully and flashed back the CrDroid v10.2 but the Chef has lost network & I cant connect to wifi.
The problem is, I am trying to restore/repair qcn I cant turn the phone into Diag mode yet I have Qualcomm drivers installed and the phone is rooted.
When I run "adb shell" followed by "su" i grant the root prompt access on the phone. but running " setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb" the phone does not go into Diag mode.
