Hello hovatek support team. I'm having a really hard times with my tecno spark 5 pro right now. I just flashed it using the MTK Bypass tool method. I formally tried to flash with SPFT But due to errors I followed a thread and proceeded with the method of Python.... My problem is that my phone is flashed but will not turn on. I tried to redisconnect and reconnect the battery but nothing happens. It doesn't even vibrate. It just shows a sign of charging and I left it to charge for 6 hours now but still nothing like turning on. Please should I still keep it charging or what do I do next ? Please help me

Do you remember your original build number and the build number of the firmware you flashed (that made it dead)?
Why did you flash it in the first place?

Good evenig sir, before i start flashing the device it stucked on the boot logo one morning after I left it to charge the whole night. besides I don't know its build number all I know is that it's a Tecno Pakrk 5 Pro mobile. Thanks

Download valid firmware and use the mtkbyepass with spflash to and flash pre loader first

Which firmware did you flash? What's the build number?

Thanks for your quick response. The file I flashed was Tecno Spark 5 Pro KD7 (KD7-H6211FQRSTU-Q-GL-201014V335) [Factory / Signed] found on hovatek firmware uploads. Thanks for helping me out pliz

Try to reflash the firmware. If still dead after reflashing then maybe you need a more recent build like KD7-H6211FQRSTU-Q-GL-220311V417

Since you don’t know the previous firmware, consider trying different firmware builds (preferably newer ones) until you find one that works.
