OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite Built TWRP Using Hovatek TWRP Builder But Have Major Issues

Hello Dear Devs Of Hovatek I Had Built Twrp using Online TWRP Builder Tool(Hovatek) for my Device CPH2467
codename (Larry)

Stock Boot [ Login to download]
built TWRP [ Login to download]

Major Bugs

*Not Letting Boot To System, It Just Reboot Backs To Recovery all The Time (Tried Fastboot reboot, In TWRP>Reboot>System. Nothing Worked)
*Installation Freezes at 50%
*Touch response Disables If Once Screen Is Locked

Minor Bugs

*MTP
*Usb-OTG

So these are The bugs I'm Facing So Kindly Dev's Help Me Resolve These Atleast Major Bugs Also Appreciatable

Hello Sir Thanks For REspondind so i have Generated Device
tree using twrpdt@SebaUbuntu and Edited some stuff Right now everything works except FBE , Forcceencrypt is preventing boot to recovery. i have to wipe userdata/metadata everytime to boot to recovery

Change platform version on boardconfig to : 14
And and postinstall on recovery/root/system/etc
