Hi there, 

if anyone can assist me with this problem

Need to get data off, if possible restore the OS that would be really helpful. 

been trying to flash but it comes back to this screen. 

trying to upload a picture, but not working for some reason,

i have a a imgur link

What do you mean by "get data off" and which firmware are you flashing?
