May someone help me extract the boot.img from my firmware .pkg?

I'm currently using this firmware, but would love to get Android 12 OTA if possible and root Android 12.

It's a Hisense 43" 4K Google TV Android 11 MediaTek MT9612 43A65H.

Open the file using a hex editor like HXD
