I have this GiONEE 5001s that is giving me problems when it comes to installing and using some apps
Please is there a way you can help me to update it's version
There's no place where I can update no icon for system update in the settings menu
I need help

Android 5.1 is the highest official firmware and I can't find any custom ROM.
You said apps are giving you problem. You could at least shed light on that

It's not an error i want to update the phone

It's doesn't have that update icon
But there's something I saw online that after downloading a certain file i can use the file to update it
When I try downloading the file it direct me to ur site "Hovatek"

Now i need the file to update the phone if it's possible

If it's not possible then ..

You still won't' go beyond Android 5.1 .
The latest should be GiONEE ROM5.0.16 – amigo3.1.17 – BBL7332B01_A_T4872 – full_gnbj6735_66t_l1-user 5.1 LMY47D
