hi I'm looking for a fairly recent  (possibly from Android 10) Dual Sim Android SmartPhone which is Easy to Change IMEI, it would be perfect if it's possible to change imei only with free software like MAUI META or MODEM META or others but I'd be willing to buy a dongle if it's possible to change imei without the need to buy credits for the dongle, I've searched a lot but I ask for your suggestions too thank you!

I don't know your region but Mediatek chipset and brands like Transsion (Tecno, Infinix, Itel) and Blackview. infact most brands except the likes of Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung maybe some Oppo & Vivo models. Just try to avoid Android 11 and above. Its not like its not possible on A11 and above and the exempt brands but it might be more difficult
