Tecno BB2 dead after flash

Hi Hovatek Team support,
For over one week I have been struggling with a Tecno BB2 which had a hang to boot issue after the owner reset it. To fix the issue I downloaded the 2 firmwares hosted on Hovatek Tecno Roms list along with the DA file. After trying to flash the phone died completely. The second rom did not help either. SO I went googling for solutions to no success. I also tried the method mentioned at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html. The process works in my pc down to step 11. At that point the phone is not detected in UART, nor USB until I disconnect/reconnect which I assume will reset the security back. All the tools I used keep asking the Auth file. Is it possible to get one or to have a possibility to revive the phone. I downloaded to more Roms but can not flash because of Auth file request. I tried miracle thunder, NCK with the box connected to pc, SPFT, Transsion and some few other mtk Flashers. And used different versions of the different tools too. Phone is now dead and there is nothing I did that helped bring it back alive. Any help will be heartedly appreciated.
Special notice: I copied the preloader with one of the tools, I have 3, one in .bin, one in .bin.img and the other without extension. I need to check that. I am presently at office and the flashing machine is at home.

Disconnect and reconnect the battery if you can. If not, hold Power + volume down for 1 minute then release.
Next you use mtkclient to disable security and SP flash tool to flash the firmware

Because you are running the commands from the wrong folder.
Just read "can't open file mtk" You have to go to the folder where the mtk file is located.

It has now worked. I don't know where the problem was lying but I got confused somewhere when I clicked the link you provided. Maybe because of job stress and tired brain cells. After some 40 hrs I came back to this link https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html and oddly it worked. I know that there are some things I took from the link you provided but I can not say where I used what. Sorry for that but the phone is working now.
I deleted all drivers and restarted machine and used another PC (Win 10). The former one has win 7 for about 10 years for flashing tools. I have to upgrade it it seems.

Because you are running the commands from the wrong folder.
Just read "can't open file mtk" You have to go to the folder where the mtk file is located.

I think I messed up with something else. I deleted all the tools including python and downloaded all again and installed one by one. Now it works.
