Gionee phone runs down at 50%+ battery

My gionee s10b goes off at 60%+ Abe it I on it back it comes on with the same percentage it went off then the battery runs down to zero rapidly n goes off finally...
I have changed battery several times but it's still the same issue I'm experiencing. What can be the cause and is their a solution to this issue?

Did this issue start suddenly? Was it purchased second hand or what?
