While using AfterSales Tool to repair my imei. I get METAAPP_HIGH_PRELOAD_FAIL error. My device is X6831. I have tried other methods but the device does not boot to meta mode

Have you tried just using it to enter Meta mode then Modem meta for IMEI repair like https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-393...#pid215105 ?

The phone has no meta mode. Modem meta, maui meta, nothing works.

What is your build number? You might need to downgrade
