Hello everyone, I have a Sony Xperia 5 III XQ-BQ72 and recently installed a custom rom and ended up (soft)bricking the device.

I was able to un-brick the device using a .QCN file from someone else and restore the device back to original ROM.
However now my IMEI numbers aren't correct.  I need to change them back to what they are supposed to be.

I tried correcting the IMEI in the QCN file and clearing the modemst1, modemst2, fsg, fsc, & persist but every time I reboot the IMEI numbers don't change.

You used Hex Editor to locate the IMEI and change the IMEI?

Sorry about the double post IDK what that happened.

Yes, I used the hex editor to correct the IMEI numbers and the flashed the updated QCN but when I rebooted the phone and checked the settings menu they did not take.

If you have tried this https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-27568.html and it doesn't work then you should try SETool2 box
