UNISOC T616 REFLASHING ERRORS

I am trying to reflash my tablet which has a UNISOC T616 processor. I have tried using the SPD Upgrade Download v. R26..21.2801 . This SPD Upgrade download version was given to me by the tablet manufacturer along with the firmware PAC file.
The upgrade stops after 28 seconds with a fail notice _BKF_NV_LTE failed (UB1132)Operation failed.
Many attempts to upgrade have failed.
How do I proceed from here?
Do you have a list of failure codes and troubleshooting methods for the various codes?

I do not have the Unisoc box or dongle. Is there a program available which can totally wipeout the processor memeory?
