Am Kevin using infinix zero 4 plus X602 and it’s in a bootloop.
I would love to flash it using SP flash tool but can’t access its build number and all buttons can’t enable me do a factory reset or clear cache partition.
I have tried opening its with an inbuilt battery
It’s chipset name is MT6351V
It can’t charge just pops an empty battery on screen and nothing else.
It has XJX20161115MPR on the back cover, when I saw a firmware with those numbers included in it (X602-H972A1-M-161115V119) it got thinking maybe this can be its build number.
Help me get it out of the loop please.
