how to flash huawei y9 2018

i have a situation where a huawei y9 2018 is stuck in a boot loop, this is making it impossible for me to enter the boot menu and check for the firmware which is installed... so am asking for assistance with software that i can use to read data and also 3rd party software i can use for flashing
