Hi guys,Ive managed to brick my phone and was wondering if there is any way to recover it.

When I boot the device it shows the battery at the lowest point (red) with the plug in charger showing.

Ive had the phone charging all night and the charging light has been on so think it would have had time to charge.

My actions that caused this are as follows:

1: I succesfully unlocked the bootloader.

2 I went to here https://naijarom.com/blackview-a100
3 Downloaded the first link (Maybe the wrong rom for my phone. I assumed being for the blackview a100 it would work)
3 I used sp flash v 5.1924
4 I extracted the zip file then opened spflash and selected the scatter file
5 I dont think I unticked the preloader (a possible mistake I realised afterwards)
6 I made sure to select download only in spflash tool.
7 I clicked download and everyhthing appeared to work. I got the green tick box at the end.
8 I unplugged and turned on my phone and it woulnt boot.
9 I then panicked and went back to https://naijarom.com/blackview-a100 and tried the same process on the 2nd and 3rd links.

Still not working.

Im assuming the mistakes I made are either selecting the wrong rom or not unticking the preloader. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I read some things about just flashing the preloader by itself first and am thinking of trying this but think I need some help first in case I mess up my phone even more.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Gargoyle. Any advice on how to flash it. Saw some things about flashing the preloader first. Not sure if I should do that.

Also think I might have put this in the wrong forum and it should be in the android forum, is someone able to move it?

Still having problems. Tried flashing the preloaded only and then flashing the rest. I am able to get to fastboot mode though.

Any ideas? I understand that I can flash from fastboot mode? Would that be the way to go?

Is the battery % now increasing when you charge while off?

It doesnt appear to be. It shows the red light on the top and a picture of an empty red battery with a red bar at the bottom. I just tried plugging it into a wall charger and  for a while and ran fastboot getvar all and checked battery and its gone down after wall charging for a while.
