How to backup full firmware of tecno pop 7

Please help, I want to backup the rom before flashing

I don't know the build number because the phone boot loop, but anytime I enter recovery I see BF6

It is stock firmware, unfortunately I don't have V493,
the last most current one I have is 230713V620.

What was the cause of the bootloop?

But you have to flash it completely, not just the selected files,

rooting will not work, the manufacturer used its own OEM key
