I have a Samsung SM-A045F (technically a MediaTek MT6575) that has (or had - now it's dead). After flashing its preloader file (preloader_s96616aa1.bin) with SP Flash Tool, the device won’t boot at all i.e. no boot loop, no download mode, no recovery and also not charging. PC still detects the phone as a MediaTek device. I successfully flash its dead scatter file with SP Flash Tool & MTKClient GUI 2.0 but still dead boot.

What is the bootloader version of the scatter firmware you flashed compared to that of the phone? It has to be the same or higher

The original firmware of the phone was A045FXXS1AWA1. I used this dead boot repair scatter file A045FXXU1AVH6.
