Good day, please help me, I was flashing an mt6739 with the softwareDownload tool and I followed the steps in the guide to install a rom and the process was completed satisfactorily but when it came to turning on the phone it did not respond.

It's Alcatel 1 5033a MT6739, it's already root.

It's Alcatel 1 5033a mt6739, it's already root with linage-16.0-20190910 and now you have to download the image successfully again with softwareDownload v4. 1811.23.11 but it does not turn on.

Plug it to wall charger and hold volume and and power button for one minute. Does anything happen?
How many different firmware have you tried?

Hello, I have tried flashing it with three different roms in the latest version of sp flash tool and the result is this: Error: status mmc err 0xc0040030.

😁 Solved, I reinstalled all the associated programs to flash the mobile and it worked, thank you very much.
