It's less than a year old but switched off unexpectedly a few weeks ago. On charging it only shows the Lemfo logo for hours. It no longer shows battery capacity increasing steadily. Occasionally when you switch it on it won’t vibrate but might just show the logo until it goes flat.  Unisoc is now totally unresponsive after trying several times using the exact procedure. I upload the firmware nicely, press the download button, hold the bottom button and then connect usb to laptop. The flash tool just does not react at all. I have tried using an earlier version of the tool to no avail. I have tried the ResearchDownload tool but get error message when loading firmware LD_C18_TFT64_Natv-user-gms_sharkl5_SUPER_R.pac
Oddly enough, the watch while disconnected will randomly switch on while unattended and show the logo until i eventually switch it off. It will also out of nowhere start vibrating while the screen is blank until i press the off button or if i leave it vibrating it switches on to show the logo. It repeats this cycle until the battery goes flat.

This is an incomplete pac file. Where did you get the firmware from?

I have tried all over again. Re-downloaded firmware and unisoc flash tool. Upload the pac, start download, and press bottom button then connect usb to laptop. zero action happens.

The switching on unexpectedly to stop at the logo is what bugs me and the random vibrate and then switch on which continues until it runs out of batterry. Then i connect again to recharge...then switch it off to try the flash again.😒

Are you sure you installed drivers? Also try the volume increase button (its this on some devices)
