Flashing existing software to Xperia xz2

Hey there, my device is Xperia xz2 SO-03k docomo it's sim unlocked but unlock bootloader status no... Now it's a phone running on a Japanese customized rom....and it's rubbish.... I want to flash global version in it.... it's software build number is 52.1.B.0.266 (Android 10) but latest version in Xperifirm says 51.x (Android 10).. I heard that newflasher can easily flash xperia devices without bootloader unlocking...I tried to flash global rom in it with that newflasher but it says cms error . didn't get signature okay reply.....So I was wondering if I flash the Japanese rom (only one varient SO-03K) again with it, 1.will be my sim locked/carrier locked? If I flash the existing software on my phone?(now I can use any sim and use mobile data)
2.will the "unlock bootloader status:no" change to yes?
3.will It brick? Or it'll again say didn't get signature okay reply,cms error

1&2 : phone will still be locked
3. That error comes when flashing non-decomo firmware to decomo phone so I dont know if the Japanese firmware will work but you can try
