Unrooted Infinix X693 Stuck on bootloop after automatic system update
(28-08-2023, 02:10 PM)Khey Worthwhile Update, I successfully did a factory reset on the phone, and then I notice some notification triggers forces the phone to trip off, for instance, if I on Bluetooth, or if a text mssg or app notification wants to enter the phone and display in the banner, it automatically trips off
I was able to isolate some of the apps and turn off their notifications, and then the tripping off stopped, but the owner won't be know when they receive a text mssg unless they open the mssg app.
Same with other apps like Telegram, Whatsapp, FB, Twitter, etc. and Ive turn off notifications of other apps as many as I can, but this seemed to be a temporary fix.. Is there a lasting solution to this pls?

Maybe you check for update or downgrade the software by flashing firmware for the previous build number
