My neighbor's Infinx X693 stuck on bootloop after the phone automatically downloaded and installed a system update.

The phone is not rooted, bootloader not unlocked, no sort of modification has been made on the phone,

I am guessing the OTA update Infinix pushed out was bad and thats why the phone has been on bootloop since downloading the update.

Other updates has been coming on the phone and they've been automatically downloaded and installed..

Please any ideas or solution? How do I contact infinix and let them know their update bricked my neigbor's phone

Update, I successfully did a factory reset on the phone, and then I notice some notification triggers forces the phone to trip off, for instance, if I on Bluetooth, or if a text mssg or app notification wants to enter the phone and display in the banner, it automatically trips off

I was able to isolate some of the apps and turn off their notifications, and then the tripping off stopped, but the owner won't be know when they receive a text mssg unless they open the mssg app.

Same with other apps like Telegram, Whatsapp, FB, Twitter, etc. and Ive turn off notifications of other apps as many as I can, but this seemed to be a temporary fix.. Is there a lasting solution to this pls?

Maybe you check for update or downgrade the software by flashing firmware for the previous build number

Infinix issued another update the next day, which she downloaded and installed. But the rebooting loop wasn't fixed..

She bought a new hone few days later
