I installed an app on my phone and my phone freezes, it then when off and refuse to on again. after about a month the phone on and i tried to perform factory reset through the setting, the phone when off and never on again. the phone is pop 5 B2DP. The phone is neither oning or charging. please any solution please.

You just need to read phone info so you can get the build number then download the right firmware and flash
