Tecno Phantom 9 charging icon appears but won't turn on

My device is Tecno Phantom 9. My phone screen was broken. I replaced the screen with a new one. When I tried to turn on the phone, it did not turn on. Then I put it on the charger, when I plug it in, the charging icon appears and it's charging.But when I hold down the power button it won't turn on. When I connect the phone to the computer, it shows as Mediatek Preloader Vcom in device manager.how can i fix it?

Does it show you a charging percentage?
