Problems: flash vbmeta and sign images

Gentlemen, I really need your help!

The first problem is to flash vbmeta.
According to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32719.html I have used "Method 3 - Flashing vbmeta" because of Android 11 on my device.
What has been made...
1) Unlocked bootloader using Identifier Token (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32287.html)
2) Checked empty vbmeta (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32719.html)
- using "adb reboot-fastboot" (fastbootd mode) => bootloops after reload
- using "adb reboot-bootloader" (fastboot mode) => stucks for many hours after:
| Sending 'vbmeta' (1024 KB) OKAY [ 0.043s]
| Writing 'vbmeta'...
3) Checked stock vbmeta with parameters (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32719.html)
=> the same as (2)
4) Created a custom signed vbmeta.img using AVBtool (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32664.html)

>> python vbmeta_pad_10.py
=> the same as (2)

The second problem is to sign images (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32674.html).
The command
>> python avbtool.py add_hash_footer --image magisk_boot.img --partition_name boot --partition_size 67108864 --key rsa4096_vbmeta.pem --algorithm SHA256_RSA4096
fires an error: "avbtool.py add_hash_footer: error: argument --image: invalid FileType('rab+') value: 'boot_magisk.img'"
I use Windows 10, Python 2.7 and surely avbtool for this: https://www.hovatek.com/redirectcode.php...TE9ITDlLQQ==
