Need signed image

Hi, I am fairly new to android custom rom. I was doing all good and great and also was able to install a custom LineageOS 17.1 a-only gsi rom in my Oppo A5s (CPH1909). But as i was able to install one rom, i thought i could also install another one. But something happened. I accidentally formatted my phone with SP flash tool. Now when I want to flash again, this error shows up:

Verified boot is enabled.
Please, download signed image (opporeserve2-verified.img) or disable verified boot.

I followed this guide to try to solve this but failed.

Now my phone is completely bricked and when I try to start it, it shows in the bottom of the screen that the download was incomplete and is in a bootloop. I could not find any other way to solve it. Then thought what if i could get a signed opporeserve2.img from someone. Or someone could also readback their opporeserve2 partition with sp flash tool and i can use that or something. But anyhow please help me. I really need my phone back as soon as possible.
