How to flash MTK device ?

i have not flashed MTK device from a lot of time and want to ask if i remember right. first time uncheck preloader from the list and if the device doesn`t wake up i flash with preloader enabled. right ?

You’ll need to try out various firmware builds until you get the right one, if you’re not sure which one was installed on your device originally. Also, what kind of device do you have?
