Modem Meta

on tecno LC6 the modem meta stops on "connect to MD" I followed every procedure,
Installed CDC drivers ..etc
The SPflashtool method requires tecno LC6 nvram&nvdata files which I dont have.. tried to search but most of them are paid files.
Tried all the other methods which do not require a flashing box but failed. Please help
