This is the twrp hovatek ported for unisoc device
I used and signed this with vbmeta works great
IT can install boot.img and recovery.img but can't flash system.img why?
How to solve this?

Let's see your twrp link here

Because u need to create system_image with emmc inside twrp.flags to enable u flash to that partition
