Redmi 8a Single Sim Issue

Only one IMEI number has been written valid and another one is zero. Sim 1 which imei is (0) is working fine but the 2nd Sim which imei is 352826******** is not working. How to fix this? My device is Redmi 8a (Olivelite)

When I bought this device. Dual Sims was working. Bootloader was locked. But after a few days, both sims shows "No Service" or " Emergency Service". When I remove Sim 2 which imei is 352826*********. Sim 1 changed from Emergency mode to Working mode
Note: if I insert single sim everything working fine
If I insert dual Sims
Both the network gone and phone starting to show emergency call on both phone.

How to Fix it? Please Help
