ONN tablet Model TBGRY100071485 with Android 12, MT8168 chip.  The tablet is in a bootloop, I have search everywhere for the stock firmware with no luck. I am able to get into recovery mode, I have done a factory reset but did not resolve the bootloop. The bootloader is unlocked, but no adb debugging capabilities. I am asking if someone has this device, would they kindly provide me with a copy of the stock firmware.

thanks

How did it end up in bootloop?

How did it end up in bootloop?

To the best that I can remember, I flashed a flash.bin file that was created using mtkclient, on reboot at logo screen a message indicated the image flashed was not a verified image. Fixed it by flashing a empty vbmeta file, but still in bootloop. I flashed it to see if it was going to work and was going to save it for safe keeping.

I created a flash bin file using mtkclient. My plan was to save the file just in case it was needed in the future, but I flashed to make sure it would work. I guess something went wrong and put the device in the bootloop. There was message on the android logo screen that the boot.img can't be verified, fixed that by using fastboot to flash an empty vbmeta file. That did not take care of the bootloop.

Did you factory reset in recovery after flashing the bin file?

Yes, factory reset using recovery.  I have deleted the flash bin file because it put the device in bootloop and didn't want to use it again, now I have nothing that is stock.
