How can i fix vivo y31 its stuck in 2G mode all other modes like 4G/3G mode are available i have tried to change to them but the mode remains the same E for edge i have tried to hard reset still the same problem At first i was getting an error that 'it is detected that sim card does not match the carrier supported by phone. It is suggested to change to china mobile 4G card'

It seems the SIM card doesn't support the same 3G or 4G bands as the phone. Try another network's SIM card.

Hi, sadly you cannot enjoy 3G or 4G on that device. The signal you see to appear as 3g/4g is just for show. I tried fixing same device for someone until I confirmed this. You can enjoy 3g or 4g on the higher ends ones like vivo v3 max (like mine) or above. Don't stress yourself, that 2g is the permanent cross u carry. Sorry bro
